SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
When completing your order via our website, etc., you hereby agree to the following terms:
1.) All equipment returns are assessed a 25% restocking fee regardless if unused as we are unable to sell as a new once it leaves our warehouse.
2.) Customers are required to pay all shipping fees for returning products and equipment. Customer will provide or purchase their own shipping label.
3.) Unopened & Open containers of Solutions & Products are non-returnable or refundable. Sales are considered final. Temperature control is vital to the life of the solutions and we have no way of knowing how the product is stored once it leaves our warehouse. We strive to sometimes bag and tape solutions so they do not leak during shipping. If your solution has leaked during shipping, the solution in the bottle is still good & usable. We may credit the amount of solution lost but we will not re-ship a full container unless the entire container is fully damaged. If there is a product damaged please email email@example.com for further instructions.
4.) To be eligible for an replacement or refund: We must receive the tracking number once you mail it back, must be be able to look up your name on our database orders, and email us a picture of what is wrong with the product/equipment before we send out the replacement. If a customer chooses to do an exchange; a refund or return is not available after the exchange.
Shipping Time - Once we receive orders, they are processed and shipped that same day if before 1pm if on a Monday - Friday. Keep in mind that depending on where you are located, it may take up to a week. Shipping to a different location may delay shipping until verified. All addresses go directly to the shipper from the computer the exact way that it is typed on the original order. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Please place apartment numbers on the second line so that it is clear it is an apartment number.
Orders are shipped via USPS, or UPS. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or closed holidays and will ship the next business day.
International Orders. Customers are responsible for the payment of all customs fees and international surcharges related to the order and for any returns and exchanges. Paradise Sunless Solutions has no control when your order arrives at customs and border patrol, therefore should your shipment be rejected or delayed by customs or border patrol, Paradise Sunless Solutions shall be held harmless and the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees.
