Congratulations #Glowgetter on taking a big step to get trained & certified in sunless tanning. This course is very informative and we get our information through manufactures/chemists who make sunless solutions themselves and our years of experience. Our training & certification is through Spray Tan Academy only, not through the state of California or the U.S. When starting a spray tan business, we recommend that you find out what the requirements are from the state that you live in. Spray tanning is regulated in Oregon (you will need an esthetician license) but not in other states.

You the student agree to hold Taryn Luquin and or her trainers harmless from any consequential legal costs or damages that may result from Spray Tan Academy teachings. You as the business owner are responsible for your own actions.

Spray Tan Academy is here to guide students with the skills & resources to start their business in spray tanning, to add spray tanning to their existing services, or to grow their existing business. Although many of our students have become successful, we do not guarantee you success. Students must put in the work in order to start and grow their business and it may take time.

Cancellation Policy: 
 

1-on-1 In-Person & Skype trainings: Once you are confirmed with a date to train, cancellation for In-person or Skype private 1-on-1 training courses must be made prior to 30 days before your scheduled training day for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 1 week before your scheduled training day (with or without equipment) is non-refundable. We do confirm your training day a day or two before your scheduled date. Group training's are non-refundable, no exceptions. If a student is a no show (they did not cancel their course or attend the training class) there is no refund given. 

 

Rescheduling Policy: 

 

Courses must be done within a year of purchase. Once a training date has been set for 1-on-1 in-person or skype, if a student reschedules more than two times, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee which must be paid before the third rescheduled date has been set. If a year has passed and the student has not attended the purchased course, there will be a $100 fee for a new scheduling date that must be paid before the new confirmed date. No refunds will be given.
 

Spray Tan Academy training material and all website content is Copy right & Trademarked and is protected under the U.S copyright & trademark law. Any training manual or website content used without permission is prohibited. Using Spray Tan Academy training manual or website content to share, distribute, or to train others is strictly prohibited.
