What You Will Learn

Spray Tan Academy makes it very affordable, in-depth but easy to learn, and students get a great value. ​Our trainings are one-day and are taught at our Pasadena Headquarters or at one of our sister locations in Southern California: Glendora, Fountain Valley, Lake Forest, or San Clemente on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday based on availability. We also offer Microsoft Teams virtual training for our students who are out of state or country. Our virtual trainings are not your typical online courses, they are live and are hands-on meaning you are spray tanning models. We are also available to train in spas or salons to those who want to offer spray tanning to their existing services. We offer two levels of certifications, the Beginners/Masters Spray Tanning Course and our Advance courses, the Competition & Contouring Course. While other sunless training programs offer courses separately such as a Masters course, we believe that all information is very important to know regardless of your level of expertise.

Why Our Certification Is Different

Unlike others who certify students right after class, we are the only spray tan training & certification program that does not do that and here's why. When a student gets a certification right after class, it doesn't mean that they are ready to tan a paying client. We want students to prove to us that they are ready, confident, and capable of tanning a paying client by proving to us that they are ready by tanning a few more models (3 - 5 and without us being there) before getting their certificate and they have up to 4 months to do this. By this way of certifying students, we can make sure our students are on the road to a great start of their business.
